Incident Resolved

  • We believe all services have restored. Some VPS systems are still booting and bringing services up, but the underlying host is up.
  • It appears the incident was caused by a power spike in the datacentre location that exceeded a single UPS devices capacity. Other vendors in the location are reporting similar issues.
  • We sincerely apologies for any inconveniences caused.
  • If you are still experiencing any issues with particular services, please contact the relevant support team ASAP for investigation.
