We believe all services have restored. Some VPS systems are still booting and bringing services up, but the underlying host is up.
It appears the incident was caused by a power spike in the datacentre location that exceeded a single UPS devices capacity. Other vendors in the location are reporting similar issues.
We sincerely apologies for any inconveniences caused.
If you are still experiencing any issues with particular services, please contact the relevant support team ASAP for investigation.

We will complete a post incident review and see if there are possible remediations we can take on to prevent such an incident in future.
