Summary

  • During this outage window, we are moving our hosting and network equipment from one datacentre location to another
  • We expect an outage of affected services for up to 4 hours during this time window
  • We expect the services will be unable from approximately 6PM until 10PM, but the exact times will be updated in this notice on the night once certain pre-requisites are met

Service Impact

  • Critical services will have been migrated to a backup location and will continue to operate
  • Non-critical services that will experience an outage: CustomerCare, DesktopAnywhere, HorizonDefense web console (Service still operating), Bulk SMTP service, On-demand remote access, Client device monitoring, Automated SPA provisioning

Customer Impact

  • Services noted will be unavailable for up to 4 hours during the notice period
  • Hosted server customers will be directly notified
