Incident Resolved

  • These works are completed. Customers who experience issues may contact our support teams as normal, after ensuring the below troubleshooting steps have been completed.
  • Customers should ensure that their phone device is configured to use the correct “SIP Server Address” or similarly named setting. The exact setting name depends on the device you are using. The correct setting to use for this service is “voice.[DOMAIN NAME]”, where [DOMAIN NAME] is replaced by the domain name of the business for which they receive their invoices from, for their digital voice service.
  • If your device is configured to connect to an “IP Address” instead of the name above, please replace that IP address with the above name.
  • Some customers may need to re-record custom audio greetings such as voicemails and auto-attendant options. We will endeavor to contact all affected customers that we can identify with this issue.
