Scheduled Maintenance - Our Voice - 04/11 4AM - 6AM
- Our upstream carrier has advise they are upgrading software on one of their transit routers to resolve a reliability problem which has been causing periodic problems with connectivity to our network. The work will be done between 4am and 6am on 4th November but the upgrade itself should be no more than 10 minutes in duration. We have a 2nd path through another transit router so BGP should failover during the maintenance so we do not expect any outage for customers. We do not expect any service impact during this maintenance window.
