- During this outage window, the redundancy link would be installed and the firewall failover would be tested.
- There would be an outage of affected services for up to 15 minutes during this time window
- Start at 8 PM on Monday 07/09
- End by 10 PM on Monday 07/09
- All DC services that will experience an outage: CustomerCare, DesktopAnywhere, HorizonDefense web console (Service still operating), Bulk SMTP service, On-demand remote access, Client device monitoring, Automated SPA provisioning
- Services noted will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during the notice period
- Hosted server customers will be directly notified
