  • Outlook/desktop anywhere
  • Virtual Private Servers

    Customer Impact

  • There will be up to 40 minutes outage during the maintenance time window for Albany Colo customers.
  • Mozzie backups will be interrupted
  • Customer communication tools (ie. 3CX and Email), VPS and Outlook/desktop anywhere will be interrupted as the backup link swap.
  • Internet traffic from Hawkes Bay will swap over to the backup link, which may reduce speed for HB customers
