  • During this outage window, our datacentre provider is conducting a planned upgrade of their power and generator systems.
  • We are unable to guarantee our customers that affected services will be available during this outage as we are unable to provide an alternative power source.
  • So we will be pre-emptively shutting down the affected services during this outage window.

  • CustomerCare (Self-Provisioning Portal)
  • Some services will be available but degraded during the outage. These include;
  • Internet Provider DNS Services
  • Horizon Defence (Email Filtering)
  • Outbound SMTP Services
  • Other web services, selected monitoring and notification services

Work Arounds

  • If you purchase an internet connection from our company with a Static Public IP address, and if you are using our DNS servers for connected devices, please update your DNS server records to match the following order. This will ensure your DNS service continues to function during the outage window;
  • A - 114.134.160.120, B - 103.232.226.83, C - 114.134.160.121
  • There is no available workaround for other services mentioned to be unavailable during the outage.
