Work Arounds
If you purchase an internet connection from our company with a Static Public IP address, and if you are using our DNS servers for connected devices, please update your DNS server records to match the following order. This will ensure your DNS service continues to function during the outage window;
A - 114.134.160.120, B - 103.232.226.83, C - 114.134.160.121
There is no available workaround for other services mentioned to be unavailable during the outage.
