Summary
- During this outage window our Virtual Private Server host servers are being patched and maintained
- Customers may experience temporary loss of connection for Remote Desktop or other Remote Access sessions.
- We request that remote access customers do log-off such services during the maintenance window, to ensure that their session is not frozen.
- We will release a warning message to current users before maintenance begins.
Outage Window
- Maintenance begins at 8 pm on Saturday the 16/06/18
- Maintenance is expected to end by 8 am on Sunday the 17/06/18, or earlier
Service Impact
- Virtual Servers hosted in our Windows hosting environment
- Customers using the DesktopAnywhere product
Customer Impact
- Minimal customer impact is expected. Virtual Servers will not be shutdown and services will not stop.
- Virtual Servers will be migrated live to a new node
- Customers may experience temporary loss of connection for Remote Desktop or other Remote Access sessions.
