  • Monitoring over the weekend has been positive and no further cases of packet loss on Unison fibre PPPoE connections from repair work performed on Friday night
  • At this stage we will wait for feedback from a couple customers and then close this issue off
  • ** If you or your customer are still seeing packet loss issues on Unison fibre PPPoE connection please get ticket logged ASAP **
