  • SORBS have confirmed delisting on 27/02 @ 12:31pm and server is being put back into production

Future Tasks

  • SORBS have made some recommendations to avoid listing re-occuring. They involve reconfiguration of our environment. These will be reviewed to confirm how functionality will be changed.

  • One of our outbound servers (114.134.160.100) that participates in servicing smtp.horizonpacific.com has found itself onto the Sorbs Realtime Black list. Customers sending emails to recipient servers that use SORBS RBL may reject the message. Emails to recipient servers that do not use SORBS should be unaffected.

Workaround

  • Use “bulksmtp.horizonpacific.com” or
  • We have updated DNS so the 114.134.160.100 no longer

  • N/A - We will be in contact with SORBS to try and find out why we were placed on RBL and request delisting.
