• As part of our network refresh during this outage window we will be migrating the following services to new eqiupment:
• Dark Fibre MDR <-> Albany
• Dark Fibre MDR <-> Sky Tower
• Dark Fibre MDR <-> 220 Queen Street
• Chorus Auckland Shared Handover
• Chorus Auckland NGA Handover

Service Impact

• Dark Fibre MDR <-> Albany - Minimal impact as diverse connectivity
• Dark Fibre MDR <-> Sky Tower - Minimal impact as diverse connectivity
• Dark Fibre MDR <-> 220 Queen Street - Minimal impact as diverse connectivity
• Chorus Auckland Shared Handover - Nationwide xDSL and Auckland HSNS connectivity
• Chorus Auckland NGA Handover - Auckland UFB connectivity

Customer Impact

• When the DFAS links are moved there will be sub 1 minute interruption to service as traffic is re-routed
• When the handover links are migrated customers services from thoose handover links will see up to 30 minutes loss of connectivity

The plan for the night will be to do the DFAS work first so the handover work is done as late as possible.
